We are a long-standing member of the New Windsor community and look forward to serving your automotive needs. We meet the federal guidelines for critical infrastructure and will continue to be open our normal operating hours of 8-5. We have always been attuned to your safety. In order to minimize exposure to bacteria or viruses, we are putting the following policies in place:

1. Our office will now be closed to the public.
2. All keys must be dropped off using the key envelopes.
3. All payments must be credit card over the phone unless prior arrangements are made.
4. We will follow your key instructions for pick up.
5. Sick employees have always stayed home and this policy will continue.
6. We have always used covers in your vehicles and will continue to do so.
7. We will wipe down door handles, gear shifts and keys before returning the vehicle to you.
